SPIRITUAL FORMATION

Spiritual growth is an ongoing journey that leads to transformation. Mountain offers a Spiritual Formation Pathway designed to help you deepen your faith, grow in community, and live out the way of Jesus in everyday life.

Through Spiritual Formation groups, practical opportunities exist to build a strong foundation, experience transformation, and engage in meaningful relationships through spiritual practices.

Spiritual formation is about being transformed into the image of Christ, reflecting God's character and values in one's thoughts, words, and actions.

Together, let’s explore ways to grow to become better disciples of Jesus and discover the fullness of life God has for you.

SOUL CARE

Soul Care is not a traditional small group or Bible study, but rather focuses on spiritual formation and participating in a community united by the desire for deepened intimacy with, and through the Holy Spirit.

The Soul Care Group experience is designed to encourage self-examination and reflection for the purpose of living more deeply in the nature of Jesus. As we are conforming to his image, we will begin to live from a place of greater authenticity and acceptance of self and others. Our transformation is always for the sake of being a loving presence in the world that God so loves.

DETAILS

Cost | Participants purchase several books throughout the experience. Total cost may range from $100–$150.

PRACTICING THE WAY

The Practicing the Way course features eight sessions of teaching, guided conversation, and spiritual exercises designed to lay a foundation for lifelong apprenticeship to Jesus.
