NAMI Family-to-Family Class

Supporting loved ones with mental health challenges

NAMI Family-to-Family is an 8-week education program designed for family members, friends, and significant others of young adults and adults with mental health conditions. Led by trained family members, this course provides valuable insight, practical strategies, and a supportive environment to navigate mental health challenges together.

Topics include:
  • Understanding mental health conditions
  • Communication and problem-solving skills
  • Crisis handling and coping strategies
  • Treatment, recovery, and advocacy
  • Local and national resources

Childcare is FREE for birth–5th grade and can be requested within the registration form. If you need childcare, simply indicate that when you sign up below.
