Bring your yoga mat and experience this holistic approach to mental health. Incorporating our mind, body, and soul in this Christ-centered yoga practice allows us to quiet our mind, connect with our body, and worship our creator.

Setting our mind and intention on God while moving through a restorative yoga flow, strengthens mind, body, and soul.
Join us as we love our God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength through Holy Yoga.
